Gilpine is a district hall and falls under the Liesbeek District. Liesbeek District comprises a geographical area of roughly Rondebosch, Rosebank, Claremont, Newlands and Pinelands with 8 active groups. All the groups are mixed gender groups except for one.

2nd Rondebosch - Cubs, Scouts (boys only) - Lea Road, Rondebosch
6th Rondebosch - Meerkats, Cubs, Scouts - Chess Road, Rondebosch
1st Rosebank - Cubs, Scouts - Campground Road, Rosebank
1st Pinelands - Meerkats, Cubs, Scouts - St Stephens Road, Pinelands
3rd Pinelands - Meerkats, Cubs Scouts - Rustenberg Road, Pinelands
Liesbeek District is part of the Western Cape Region and is one of the largest and strongest Districts in the Western Cape.
